To begin with, I started off with her appearance as she had many spots on her face. In order to remove/hide the spots, I had to go to the 'Spot Healing Tool' in the toolbar and click all of the blemishes she had.
Adding to this, I also had to make her skin less greasy-looking. To do so, I duplicated the layer and clicked on Filter > Blur > Smart Blur. I kept the changes that Photoshop already gave me and clicked ok. The blur affected the entire image, so I rubbed out most of the image leaving the skin part. I then changed the Opacity to 50% so it was still realistic and good quality.
Once the skin was finished, I moved onto the hair. I selected the hair using the 'Quick Selection' tool and went to Image > Adjustments > Black & White. Next, I selected Tint and chose the colour I wish to have. I then rubbed out most of the mask leaving the hair a sepia-brown colour.
Afterwards, I moved on to the eyes. I zoomed into the eyes using the Zoom tool and clicked the Paintbrush tool. I chose a colour using the Colour Swatch in the top left column and changed the opacity of the paintbrush to 30%. I began to paint over the eyes to show Eye shadow. I changed the size of the paintbrush to 1 and made the opacity to 100% in order to make the eyelashes.
To conclude the picture, I changed the colour of the background. In order for me to change the whole background, I shift-selected the walls using the 'Magic Wand' tool and went to Image > Adjustments > Colour Balance and changed the Highlights and Shadows to make a reddish orange colour.
