To begin with, The magazine title shows this is a college magazine as it is called 'College'. This clearly indicates that this is a college-based magazine. Also, the cover lines surrounding the image are mainly to do with subjects that interest young-adults.
Because this is an American magazine, the target audience for this will be young-adults as they will be in college at this time.
In my opinion, I would assume the target audience will be people from ages 18 -21. The reason for this is the magazine uses quite informal language compared to big magazines. Also, the magazine writes on the cover titles such things as 'Texts from last night' which would only be shocking for people in this age group. The magazine also uses humour and contains a famous music artist as the largest cover title and the image. This shows that people from ages 18 -21 will know exactly who the artist is and will understand some of the humour in the entire cover.
