In order for me to create this, I first needed to make a new file then change the page to A4 by clicking on Preset > International Paper and make the size A4.
Afterwards, I had to add the text 'AS Media Studies' in Century Gothic and make the size font 24. To do this, I clicked on the Text icon in the toolbar and then clicked on the page. I then went to the top of the page where it says the font style and size. I changed the font style to Century Gothic and changed the size to 24 as requested. I also had to place the text in the middle of the page and change the colour to Red. To do this, I highlighted the text and went over to the colour swatch on the right side of the program in order to colour the text. I then dragged the text to the middle
In order to create a drop shadow on the text, I had to double-click the text layer until a window popped up. The window contained all effects such as stroke, inner glow, and more. I ticked the 'Drop Shadow' box and edited the shadow so it was visible enough to create an effect.
Adding to this, I had to change the background colour to blue. In order to do so, I had to click on the layer that was named 'Background Layer' and go onto the Paint Tool. I changed the size of the paint tool and chose a blue colour from the Colour Swatch; then I painted the whole of the Background Layer.
Furthermore, I had to find an image on the internet and drag it to the program. I found a picture of a comedian and dragged the image onto Photoshop. I then cut out the background leaving the person. I had to change the colour of his hair by highlighting the hair , going onto Image > Adjustments > Colour Balance and changing the hair colour to a light brown.
To add a border around the person, I double clicked the picture layer and ticked the 'Stroke'. I edited the border so it was thick enough that the person was visible from the background. I also changed the colour.
